Russia SWG of energy conservation solution WG dispatch the mission for Public-Private Corporation to explore the matter based on two points with an investigation result of the regional heat supply system of Russia that executed in last year, and the renewal of the power generation facilities proposed to RDIF as Japan-Russia cooperation investment platform. As a result, Russian Ministry of Energy showed the intention of backing up the MOU conclusion of RDIF and JASE-W. They visited the electric power companies such as RAO Energy System of East and Inter RAO, and made the proposal to introduce the power plant in Russia to technologies and the equipments of Japan with finance, and obtained a good feeling. They had a meeting with relevant organizations of Russia stay on the last day.
