Joint Committee of Japan-Russia Cooperation in Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy", Jase-W dispatched the mission to Russia and concluded the MOU on the establishment cooperative relationship to find, develop and implement the project for Energy efficiency and renewable energy sources in Russia with REA (Russian Energy Agency)
